Praval Pishti
Praval Pishti is an incredible Ayurvedic formulation that has an array of bioactive constituents conferring numerous benefits. Praval Pishti consists of Calcium carbonate, magnesium and a few trace minerals. It pacifies all the three dosha’s, mainly Kapha (earth and water), Pitta (fire and air) and the Vata (air) dosha’s. Ingredients –
• 10 parts of purified praval or coral
• Gulab jal or rosewater as required
Preparation Method –
• Purify the praval using buttermilk for 3 days.
• Dry it completely.
• Grind the praval into a super fine powder using a mortar pestle.
• Pour the powder in a mixing bowl and triturate it with rose water.
• Keep grinding the mixture to 3-4 days till it becomes fine like collyrium.
• Store it in glass bottles for future use.
