Haritaki
Haritaki is a popular miraculous Ayurvedic fruit which is crowned as “King of Medicines” and extensively used for a wide range of traditional remedies. Dosage –

The general recommendation is 5-10gms for adults and 1-2 gms for children once or twice a day after meals
• Gugglu
The general recommendation is 375mg- 1.5gm in adults and 125-375mg in children twice a day after meal with warm milk or water.
Side effects –
