Properties –
•  Antibacterial,
•  Astringent
•  Immunomodulator
•  Antispasmodic
•  Carminative 

Dosage –
•  Teenager (13 -19 yrs)-5 grams
•  Adults-10 grams
•  Maximum Possible Dosage-20 grams Per Day (in divided doses)
1 – 2 teaspoonfuls with some milk in the morning or 1 teaspoonful with some milk twice a day or as directed by the physician.

Benefits –
•  Supari Pak reduces oxidative stress and revert oxidative damage in the body cells.
•  Supari Pak tones up the uterus and makes female reproductive organ more strong and healthy.
•  It stops excessive fluid discharge therefore it is useful as a local astringent in vaginitis & leucorrhea.

•  It eliminates microbial pathogens or inhibit their growth.
•  It has been used effectively for heavy and painful menstruation (Menorrhagia), uterine and cervical clots.
• It is also effective in oligomenorrhoea, and endometriosis.

•  It increases libido, energy, and stamina
•  It helps to get rid of body pain.
•  It works very well in different types of headaches.
•  It promotes gastric secretion and thus increases appetite and digestion.

Side Effects –
There is no side effect observed with Supari Pak.
Supari Pak acts on the reproductive organs, especially on the uterus. Some ingredients in Supari Pak are strictly contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation, so it should be avoided.
