Talishadi Churna
Talishadi Churna is a classical ayurvedic medication that has been used since the ancient times by several sages and ayurvedic physicians to treat different types of respiratory and digestive conditions.

• Talispatra or Indian Silver Fir – Abies webbiana
• Sonth or Adrak – Zingiber officinale
• Pippali (Long Pepper) – Piper longum

• Dalchini (cinnamon) – Cinnamomum verum

Dosage –
The effectual therapeutic dosage of Talisadi Churna usually varies from person to person depending upon the age, body strength, effects on appetite, severity, and condition of the patient.
Adults : 2-3 gm, along with honey or clarified butter or ghee twice a day after meals or as suggested by the ayurvedic doctor.
Children : 500mg – 1gm
Infants : 50mg per kg body weight
