Mahanarayan Taila is a rich combination of anti-arthritic ayurvedic herbs. It is a very famous herbal oil used in the treatment of joint pain, strengthens the muscles. • Yashtimadhu (6 GM)
• Tagar (6 GM)
• Nagarmotha (6 GM)
• Tejpatra (6 GM)
• Bhangara (6 GM)
• Khas (6 GM)
• Vacha (6 GM)
• Punarnava (6 GM)
• Cows milk (1000 ml),
• Til tel (1000 ml)
How to use?
It is used in many Ayurvedic treatments such as Anuvasanabasti, Janubasti, Nasya etc.
Mahanarayan Oil can be taken orally and used in massage.
▪︎ Oral Use (Internal Administration)
It should be noted that Mahanarayan Oil should only be taken internally (by mouth) if patient has good appetite.
It is given orally in a dose of 3 – 5 ml, once or two times a day, before food with warm water or milk.
Best Time to Take: VATA KALA (Evening 2 PM to 6 PM and Late Night 2 AM to 6 AM). If taking it in this time is not possible, then it should be taken on empty stomach in the early morning and in the evening around 5 PM.
▪︎ External Use (Massage)
Mahanarayan Oil can be applied on the affected parts. The massage should be done for at least 40 minutes for the best results.
